Patricia, or Trish, as most people call her, is so honored and excited to share the gift of yoga with everyBODY! She came to yoga ten years ago after a childhood of ballet, and is no stranger to the healing affects of mindful body movement. She wants to show you the beauty of stillness in a chaotic world. Trish focuses heavily on balance in the physical body to promote a centered heart, relaxed nervous system and clear mind.  She strives to provide a casual and easy environment to discover all the facets of ones self.

In 2015 she attended her first 200 hour Ashtanga-based training at It’s Yoga Nicaragua where she learned and practiced the element of Stira- (strength). As a flexible person her whole life (literally and metaphorically) the fire-based practice helped shed a light on her inner Yang, and she carried these yogic lessons into her life to make choices in favor of her wellbeing. After two years of practicing and cultivating the strength in her life and on the mat, she returned in 2017 to the walls of her home studio, the Teton Yoga Shala and completed a 200 hour Vinyasa Krama Yoga training under the guidance of her teacher Adi Amar, among others. Here she learned how to re-incorperate Sukum- (sweetness) into her practice and with consistent and discerning awareness she has started to find balance in her life.

Trish knows  that there is no quick fix for the human expereince, but she would love for you to join her in her journey and show you the tricks of the trade to finding stillness, moment to moment awareness and most importantly- JOY.
